This Morning Musume.'23 release event took place at Ikebukuro Sunshine Fountain Square in Tokyo Prefecture as part of the "Morning Musume. Best Selection ~The 25 Shuunen~" best album promotion. The event was free and people attending it could come and leave as they wanted. Approximatively, 2000 fans attended the event.

Fans who pre-ordered the album on the Tower Records website could enter a lottery to watch the mini-live from the priority area in front of the fountain, and also receive 3 omiokurikai tickets. CD pre-orders with omiokurikai tickets were also available for purchase on the day of the event.

It was the first time that the group performed "Nanzansho Souzansho" live. It was also Inoue Haruka and Yumigeta Ako's first live performance as Morning Musume. members.

The event started at 17:15.
