β Hip abductions that mainly work on the side of the buttocks (gluteus medius)
β‘ Back kicks to work the buttock border, glutes and hamstring
The key is not to turn or round your hips, but to be careful with your trunk and pull your hips backwards as if you were bowing/Start with 30 seconds of each movementβ¨
