- It was the first single to be released after the departure of Michishige Sayumi, Morning Musume.'s former leader and the member with the longest tenure in the group, and therefore the first one under Fukumura Mizuki's leadership.
- Due to an injury, Suzuki Kanon was not able to be there for the shootings of the music videos for "Seishun Kozou ga Naiteiru" and "Yuugure wa Ameagari". She was therefore replaced by Miyamoto Karin from Juice=Juice.
- "Ima Koko Kara" has been used as an official theme song and ending theme song for the movie Pretty Cure All Stars Haru no Carnival♪ (プリキュアオールスターズ 春のカーニバル♪), in which Iikubo Haruna, Ishida Ayumi and Oda Sakura also worked as voice actresses.
- A second version of the music video for "Seishun Kozou ga Naiteiru" has been uploaded on the group's official YouTube channel on April 7, 2015. Entitled "Another Ver.", it was directed by Shibue Shuhei, who won the opportunity of working with the group as a music video director thanks to his 1st place at THE Big Chance contest launched in 2014.
